Refund/Shipping Policy

Ormacare (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to ensuring the quality and safe delivery of all products. This Return, Refund & Exchange Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to all purchases made from us.

Customers must report any damaged or defective product within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our support team at 03045723320 (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
Customers are required to provide:

Photographs clearly showing the damage

The order number or invoice

Failure to report within the stated time frame will render the product ineligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Upon receiving the complaint and supporting evidence, we will review the matter. If the damage is verified as attributable to us, the customer is entitled to one of the following remedies:

Replacement of the same product

Exchange for another product of equal value

A store credit/voucher equivalent to the value of the returned item which will assist fully in future purchases

Return shipping costs for damaged items will be borne by Ormancare.
The resolution process may take 6–8 working days.

A product will be eligible for return only if:

 It is unused

It is returned in original packaging

The original receipt is included

Refunds will not be issued without a valid reason.
If a refund request is approved, applicable delivery charges will be deducted based on parcel weight.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all policies stated herein.
